Minnesota based yoga company recently expanded their space by 800 square feet at their current Saint Michael location in the Cornerstone Building.

Join Us for the Expansion Celebration! FREE CLASSES

On Saturday, September 24th Live True Yoga will be hosting an EXPANSION CELEBRATION party! To kick off the day the studio will be offering FREE Yoga, Barre, and Pilates Mat classes and will end the day with LIVE music, drinks, hor d' eovres (catered by Dunn Brothers), and raffles prizes! The FREE classes will begin at 8 am and the open house will be from 5:30-8:30 pm.
Live True Yoga has been experiencing ideal growth since they opened the doors in January of 2015. ‘We were not actively pursuing the expansion, but the opportunity presented itself, and we couldn't pass it up. It truly felt like it was meant to be,’ stated Live True Yoga owner Nicole Christianson. The expansion could not have happened at a better time especially with the Main Street Farmer Eatery opening right across the street this October.
Live True Yoga’s mission has always been to expand their presence in the community and strengthen connections with their clients. The instructors at Live True Yoga have two important things in common: they are all deeply passionate about yoga, and they all took unique paths to discovering that passion. The Live True studio certainly reflects that diversity: classes here come with an innate understanding that everyone turns to yoga for different reasons. With that in mind, the staff goes to great lengths to create a warm, inviting environment. The schedule features classes for all levels of Barre, yoga, and Pilates, plus special offerings like Beginners Yoga, Tween, and Preschool Yoga series.

What does this mean for the community?

Live True Yoga will continue to expand its class offerings and variety of class times. The workshops and events will continue to evolve and beginning in January of 2017, Live True Yoga will launch its FIRST ever 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program! The program will include several guest speakers, including LA based and highly respected yoga teacher Alexandria Crow. Alexandria is a YogaWorks teacher and trainer and writer for Yoga Journal. Stay tuned…there is much more to come.
